Rene Marie Russo, an American film director and actress who was previously a supermodel, is a film director. She is known for her beautiful beauty and her long-standing presence in the competitive film industry reflects her skills and talent as a performer. She began her career as a model during the 70s, and quickly became one of the most well-known models. At the beginning of 1990 she started studying the theatre and acting. Later, she moved to Los Angeles and California she appeared on stage for the first time. Russo first appeared on TV in ABCs Sable in the role of Eden Kendell, in 1987. Later on she joined Invicta Fighting Championships before joining Ultimate Fighting Championships (UFC). The fighter has gained plenty of recognition following her joining of the UFC due to both her inside and outside the octagon's successes. Namajunas is an Lithuanian born American, who was born on the 29th of June 1991 at Milwaukee Wisconsin. Rose was involved in a variety of activities as a kid like basketball, and kickboxing. When she was 18 years old, she made her professional debut for Invicta Fighting Championships in which she fought two times through submission. Dana White was impressed and signed Rose to the strawweight division of the UFC at 22, in December 2014. Rose has had highs and she's also experienced lows throughout her career, yet she has always come in the end on the top. Rose was a fighter against Carla Esparza in April 2015 for the Women's Strawweight Championship. Rose won the bout by technical knockout within 3 minutes in the initial round. It was the first time a woman competed to win a title in any major organization worldwide. Namajunas kept winning wins, including two wins over Joanna Jedrzejczyk that earned her Performance of the Night from UFC.
